We clearly explain the issue, scope of work, and estimated cost before proceeding. Once a service is approved and completed, payment is final.
Exception – Workmanship Guarantee:
If a confirmed issue is directly caused by our workmanship, we may, at our discretion, provide a correction or adjustment at no additional cost. This does not constitute a refund and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refunds & Returns – Products Only
Returns or refunds are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
To qualify for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 30 days of purchase
- The product must be unused or in original condition (unless the defect is internal)
- Original packaging and accessories must be included
- Valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Service fees or labor charges
- Physically damaged items not covered by warranty
- Gift cards or store credit
- Downloadable software or license keys
- Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization
6. Warranty Policy

8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or card issuer
- Processing times vary by financial institution

10. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit may be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
